Gino was amazing from start to finish. His professionalism and honesty are two of the main reasons why my family chose Gino not once, but three separate times for sales and purchases of property. The old customer service approach is quickly fading from our society and Gino embodies every component of what you'd expect from a person guiding you through a somewhat difficult and confusing process. He was on time for every single showing and closing, dressed well, very well spoken and his great personality allowed potential buyers to feel at ease. The property listings were accurate, well written with no misspellings and potential buyers praised his ability to accurately and honestly describe the space. I also loved the approach that Gino takes of showing you the best case and worst case scenarios. That level of candor really allowed our family to plan accordingly as each sale and purchase were successful beyond belief. Every purchase was either at the asking price or above and no property lasted longer than 2 weeks on the market. Gino also has knowledge of the mortgage industry and helps choose the proper buyer in multiple offer scenarios, which was the case in two of our sales. I know those are absolutely ideal scenarios and may not apply to every property, but it was my experience.
