Ginny helped the reviewer buy this property

Slightly disappointed

I’ve used Ginny other times when purchasing/selling homes; she’s always been very knowledgeable, professional, an “expert” in her field….this time I felt she wasn’t as committed. I asked @ one point “you should be on our side” regarding an item the seller left & was told “do I have to be?”. That was surprising. But the main concern was her recommendation of the home inspector- he apparently did NOT inspect the windows! Guest bdrm window is PLEXIGLASS & cannot be opened due to caulking all around it. Never heard back after was told she’d get a window guy over there. I’m assuming that’s our cost. If the inspector would have NOTICED the plexiglass window, we would have known about it & asked the sellers to replace it. I’ve since found out another buyer who had the same inspector is having major electrical issues. Now we are having another home inspection, again @ our cost, just to make sure other things weren’t missed. Ginny has always been a stellar realtor but this time I felt slightly disappointed.
