This is the second experience with working with Ginny. The first was with buying our home and the second was selling it. She was always dialed in on the processes from start to finish making things go as smoothly as possible in the confusing world of real estate. She was constantly giving us tips on how we could make the process move forward. Without Ginny I'm sure the process would have been much more difficult.

Have used Ginny on multiple home sales. She does it all!!! Get repairs done fast and easily, very helpful answering questions at all times of day (and sometimes evening!), busy at work and picked up funds and checks and deposited into bank account, etc. She does everything and is always cheerful and helpful. Can't say enough! Moving out of state or would use her again!
I’ve used Ginny other times when purchasing/selling homes; she’s always been very knowledgeable, professional, an “expert” in her field….this time I felt she wasn’t as committed. I asked @ one point “you should be on our side” regarding an item the seller left & was told “do I have to be?”. That was surprising. But the main concern was her recommendation of the home inspector- he apparently did NOT inspect the windows! Guest bdrm window is PLEXIGLASS & cannot be opened due to caulking all around it. Never heard back after was told she’d get a window guy over there. I’m assuming that’s our cost. If the inspector would have NOTICED the plexiglass window, we would have known about it & asked the sellers to replace it. I’ve since found out another buyer who had the same inspector is having major electrical issues. Now we are having another home inspection, again @ our cost, just to make sure other things weren’t missed. Ginny has always been a stellar realtor but this time I felt slightly disappointed.
Ginny sold the house quickly twice, the first buyer backed out and she had a second buyer lined up ready to go and for more money than the first one. She is with you every step and makes sure all the paperwork is in order. She was available day and night if we had any questions and even was there when we signed the final closing documents to make sure everything went smoothly. Don't hesitate, call Ginny!
I recently sold a home in Yuba City, CA on behalf of my client. Two agents were interviewed, both provided a complete Market Analysis.
