Ginny was very helpful in listing our house. She gave us great advice on things to do such as painting the walls and prepping the house to make it sell quick. She had a good list of contacts for a handy man and carpet installers to do necessary work to make the house look great. She also helped guide us with setting an asking price for the house showing us listings for comparable houses that were on the market or had sold recently. When we went to market with the house after following Ginny's advice we were under contract the 2nd day on the market for full asking price.
