Well, where to start with a review that is nothing but superlatives? Probably at the beginning. Ginny Kansas-Meszaros proactively reached out to us after we did an online search for realtors to help us sell our La Pine, OR home for a second season after an unsuccessful six month on the market the previous year with another realtor. From that point on, it was an upbeat forward march with Ginny taking quick lead in formulating a detailed marketing plan and timetable, coordinating photo-shoot and online listing website, and over-all providing a much-needed cheerleader approach to our disheartened outlook because of the previous year. Her task was made more challenging because we live in Medford, and all our interactions were thus done remotely by phone, text, and email. Her aggressive marketing with other realtors and via social media platforms yielded lots of showings early-on and throughout the three months or so that we were on the market. During the daunting Spring-Summer 2023 season, when interest rates continued to soar mercilessly, Ginny managed to keep us infected with her optimism, found a suitable single-offer buyer, and facilitated a quick, smooth sale. She went to bat for us running interference with the buyer’s realtor to ease them off of untenable conditions and stipulations. The result was an outstandingly successful transaction for both us and the buyer. Ginny brought us to close at the price we wanted in order to meet our financial objectives.
