Ginny Holbert

Ginny was everything we wanted in a realtor--smart, direct, communicative and (bonus) FUN. Ginny was in constant communication with us throughout the months-long sale of our loft in the West Loop, and although we had already relocated, she kept us informed and guided us expertly through negotiations. She cut through bureaucracy with our condo management (not an easy task), arranged staging and was dogged in her determination to get us the best price she could. Highly recommend Ginny, she's a pro.
