I was in the market for a rental in a particular area and price range. With the time constraints Ginger was very available and used all resources to find what I was looking for. Ginger exceeded my expectations as this was my first time ever using an agent, due to the bad stories I've heard, but I will definitely use Ginger for my home purchase in the future.
