Not only can she tell what you should price your house at but —more importantly—why. She knows what buyers want & what you should change in your home to attract them. My advice is listen to her. She hasn’t gotten to where she is without knowing the ins & outs of the market. And if you are looking to buy, Ginger will listen to what you want& what you don’t want! There have been times when we didn’t even know how much something she has suggested would enhance our living arrangements.
