Ginger was an Amazing agent from the beginning till the end. This was our first home and we didn't have a large budget but Ginger made us feel like we were spending a million dollars. We relocated from Connecticut to Georgia and when it came time to shop for a new home we had a very limited time frame to look, approximately 4 days. Ginger listened to what our needs/wants were and presented nightly emails of homes in our targeted areas so we could make a decision on whether we wanted to see the homes the following day while we were in town. She shared her knowledge of commuting times for different towns. She also made arrangements for us to see a home at our request that we had seen independently while looking online. When we found "the one", she helped us through the buying process as it was different from what our experience of home buying was in Connecticut. She attended the home inspection in our place. She went above and beyond when it became necessary to follow up on a fixture issue to make sure that all parties were adhering to the sales agreement. She worked closely with our lender and made sure that everyone involved was aware of the time line for the closing. She truly was an advocate for us at every step of the process and we would highly recommend her.
