After transitioning my 94 yr. old father to assisted living we needed to sell his house. It was an emotional time for us and Gina was there for us every step of the way. In order to get it ready to be on the market even in ‘as is’ condition LOTS needed to be done (my father had become unable to handle the upkeep of it for the past few years). Gina always “had a guy for that” and she and her team got the jobs done impeccably. We never felt for one minute that Gina was trying to get the best commission on the sale but rather that she had our best interests at heart. Always available and always with a positive attitude, it took a while to sell his house, but she never gave up. When the house did sell, we felt incredible relief and gratitude for all Gina’s tireless efforts. We also felt like we’d made a friend! Truly above and beyond.
