All communication-- whether by email, phone, or face-to-face-- was warm, professional, and reliable. Gina was always prompt and clear and responsive. She was a tremendous source of information, as well as a calming presence as needed (as first-time homebuyers we had a ton of questions and felt a bit stressed about this huge life decision!).
