Gina Sharma was an excellent agent. The whole process was tough but she kept her calm and push through to make the sale happen. I don't think I would have the cool calm and professionalism she displayed going through that long length of time this took.
Gina knew the areas well including the market in the areas. We were very punctual and were able to conduct many reviews in a short time frame making the best use of time we could.
One quality I have admired in Gina is her ability to process over a handful of requirements that we brought up to her and then got us options that matched it. As such, she went a step ahead and gave us great advice on what else to look for. She is very patient, genuine in her assessment/feedback, never pushy and most importantly, she's there even after the sale. I still have her on my speed dial for anything as the first go-to person for consultation on anything to do with my home. To summarize, you need an agent who buys a home for you like she would for herself and then follows thru with a sustained good relationship in the future; to me Gina has done all that and more!
