My wife and I were given a rave review of Gina and Keith Sefton from a family member and they did not disappoint! They completely cleared their schedule (on very short notice) to show us homes. They also went and videotaped the home that we really liked since we were at the time living in Illionois. They also followed up on the home inspection and personally drove down to the home to make sure the necessary repair had been made. They worked very hard for us to ensure every detail was right! They even addressed an item on the home inspection report by placing a decorative stone splash guard to funnel water from the condensation line away from the house! Gina just seemed to be up on all the neighborhoods, the builders of the subdivision, area information and pros and cons. That kind of information really helps when you know nothing of the area.<br/><br/>She was very direct and upfront with us. She seemed to always give us informative answers.
