Gina made our first home buying experience seem like a walk in the park. At one point I asked her whether I was missing anything because everything seemed to move so seamlessly. There is no way in this aggressive market we would have been able to fend for ourselves out there. Gina was referred to us by a friend who also had a very successful experience with the team. Once we told Gina we were serious, she immediately got to work getting us all the information regarding available homes within our discussed budget. Gina provided us with essential information on the market and how to get the most bang for our buck. She took the time to drive us around to essentially every available home in Chula Vista. Once we found our dream home, it was very competitive but Gina's connections and tactics put us a head above the rest. Our offer was accepted. She was very reasonable and told us when the market was higher, lower, or spot on. She advised us every step of the way and because of that we felt completely comfortable in a situation which can only be described as stressful and intense. In the end we were so grateful to have Gina and her great team by our side. We are thrilled to have a home to call our own and Gina made that possible.

Gina made it possible for our family to purchase a home in San Diego while stationed in Guam with the Marine Corps. Purchasing a home before we PCSed allowed for us to immediately move in our home after 18 hours of travel. During the entire process Gina was responsive, understanding of the 17 hour time change and incredibly organized. In order to acclimate ourselves with our new city and the various neighborhoods, my husband traveled to San Diego during our time overseas and saw over 20 homes in three days. Gina was an absolute rockstar to give us her undivided attention for three straight days. She spent day and night with us to make sure my husband got the most out of his time during in California before returning to Guam. During his three day house hunting trip and even when he returned back to Guam Gina always went above and beyond. She treated us more like friends than clients. When we found a home we wanted to see, Gina immediately contacted the sellers' agent and toured the property via FaceTime with us which was critical in the competitive San Diego market. She was honest with her reaction to the property and always made us feel confident in the decisions we were making, even though we never physically had the chance to see a few homes. We couldn't be happier in our new home. PCSing is never easy (especially with little ones) but Gina helped alleviate the stress of house hunting. Gina, you were an absolute pleasure to work with. We would recommend you to anyone searching for a home in San Diego, but especially to military families as you understand the VA loan and the complexities that military families are often faced with during the moving process.
