I am an expert in negotiating contracts and inspections, I ensure your deposit is safe, all extensions and paperwork is in order to make the buying or selling process a smooth transaction. Whether you are Selling or buying a home, I can help you navigate through the Real Estate process and accomplish your goals. If you are feeling like it’s hard to make ends meet because of inflation or a divorce , I assist sellers during this stressful time through short sale practices or the sale of your home to get you your equity. I also help my clients find suitable housing for their family after the process has taken place through our apartment rental service. I have several certified designations CMRS military personnel and families of military personnel buy or sell homes , PSA Pricing Strategy Advisor , SFR Short Sale Foreclosure Resource and was awarded the Bronze Excellence Award from the greater Providence Board of realtors for sales in excess of 4 million.
