I worked with Gina for about 6 months to find the perfect townhome. I had flexibility on timing, and was a first-time homebuyer so I was very picky. We looked at upwards of 30 homes and she was very patient and friendly through the whole process! She also grew to understand my taste and what I was looking for, suggesting specific homes and neighborhoods for me to look at. She was very thorough through the entire process, especially once we gave an offer and filled out all the paperwork (first time for me on all of that). 10/10, would recommend Gina to anyone looking for a realtor!

Gina was incredible when buying my first home. She walked through every step in depth, making sure I understood what was required and what part it played in the process. She is extremely professional, always followed up and was always prepared. When touring homes she offered great advice and pointed out things to be cognizant of that a first time buyer may not think of, knew about each neighborhood and how houses nearby compared. After the purchase she continues to follow up on items normally left to the buyer to figure out. Very pleased with Gina and the team she works with, they made everything smooth and easy!

Gina Roberts came into our lives to lead us through something we did not want to do...sell our home. It took less than one meeting for us to realize how lucky we were to have had Gina recommended to us. Gina really knows real estate, she understands all the rules, regulations and the ethics of the trade. The greatest 'gift' she brought to the process was her understanding of people. She was also very understanding of our feelings and thus never pushed a deadline or a decision. Gina suggested, made recommendations when specifically asked, but always had us make the decision. Once we had everything ready and asking price established Gina adjusted the "selling schedule" so that we were in our new location and did not have to deal with all the potential buyers coming through our home and everything that goes with that. Gina not only took care of the selling of the home and all the details, rules and laws that applied, she took care of us and how we were feeling. All of these traits of Agent Gina are nice, but the question is "Did they work?" The house sold in one day; Gina's marketing of the house was exceptional so interest was great; it was priced well above the typical asking price for the community but everyone agreed it was done right; it sold for 12% over asking; there were 21 written offers (all over the asking price); Gina walked through every offer pointing out the positives and the negatives. Gina shepherded us through the closing process...complicated, yes. But with Gina's leadership everything went very smoothly. Gina, the professional real estate agent, is that rare combination of a very high level of knowledge and skill in the area of real estate, an incredibly high level of ethics, and a wonderful personality and respect for people. We didn't want to do what we had to do but...our house is sold; we miss it. We don't interact on a regular basis with Gina Roberts any more; we really miss her. She is an olympic class real estate agent!!
