This is not the first deal I've done with Gina Rice and not by accident. I have purchased nine houses in my lifetime and I would say, the last two I have done with Gina, have been the smoothest transactions so far. Gina is professional, yet easy going and accommodating. Sometimes, I want the honest truth and I don't want the fluff, Gina’s straightforward nature is just what I need during those times. Gina was very easy to work with. She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Gina made recommendations on pricing and we received an offer within a few days. Gina was excellent at communicating and took care of everything, including contractor repairs that were required prior to closing. We closed a couple of days early.
