Gina O'Byrne

My family relocated from Nevada to Washington. At the time, we had never even been to the state of Washington before. We really had to put a lot of trust into Gina to find us a home, not just a house. We were working with another agent for a few weeks before meeting Gina, and you could totally tell the difference between them! Gina was in constant contact with me, searching just as much as I was. She really seemed to enjoy helping me and made it a fun time. Our main reason for moving to the Spokane area was for a career opportunity in Davenport. Moving from Vegas, we were a little hesitant to even look in the Davenport area with it being such a small town. Gina found us a home in the middle of Davenport, a fixer-upper, we were ready for the challenge. She was so right about Davenport, we absolutely love it! Gina was so on top of everything, she also made all the paperwork easy peasy! If I had a question about the property and she didn't have an answer, she would do all the investigating and get back to me very quickly. She is the reason we moved to Davenport, we are so lucky to have found Gina! We love our location and our home. We are planning on renting our home out and buying a bigger place in about 5 years. Gina will be our realtor for sure! She's good people =)

I cannot even begin to say enough wonderful things about Gina and our experience. Gina made us feel welcome and right at home from the moment that we first met her. Gina put in so much work, above and beyond the call of duty and fought so hard to get us our dream home. I really don’t know what we would have done without her.
