Filling out the paper work was straightforward and she explained everything really well whether my question were seemingly common knowledge to everyone but me, or really nitty gritty. When I told her my thoughts on renovating the house, she had countless recommendations for everyone needed to help me realize everything that would make this truly my ideal home. She’s even continued to help me after the sale, making sure that I’ll be happy with this house for years to come and has offered ideas and suggestions that I hadn’t even considered. I was extremely lucky to have her on my side during this entire process since she knew what to ask, think about, and look out for when I didn’t. Gina didn’t just help me find a home that ticked a few boxes, but made sure it was the right fit, was in good shape, had potential, and has helped me realize what my home can truly be.
