Just looking….to Hello closing!

I was out on a Saturday attending open houses with no real intention of purchasing anything until after the first of the year. Todd McWilliams was the agent for the sellers for a condominium that I looked at with some friends of mine. All of a sudden I’m talking about removing carpet, updating bathrooms and other projects I would do if I bought this place. Todd shared with me the names of lenders that would be able to assist and the next thing I know it’s the day of closing. I am very happy with the professionalism of Todd and Gina McWilliams. They were very accommodating of my requests to view the property with my contractor on many occasions, always keeping me informed and assisting me through the purchase process and being very genuine people I am glad I got to know.
