Seriously, it was such a pleasure to work with Gina! She was on top of EVERYTHING, including the details that she didn't even need to bother herself with. She obviously cares about her clients and wants them to be happy! As first time sellers, she explained everything we needed to know and more. Our experience with Gina was great - even though we never met in person! My father moved to a retirement home near me prior to the beginning of the sale process...and this was 500 miles away from Suffield. Gina (and Olivia) managed the virtual sale process and made it as easy as if I had been living down the street. The process had its various ups and downs (a seller who backed out, need to replace a septic tank, long delays from the Town inspectors, etc.), but Gina kept us moving forward and made the process easy for me despite the bumps in the road.
