Gina Lopiccolo is talented at helping find a house to suit special needs in a very time urgent manner. She streamlined the entire process and made everything simple and understandable to us since we were first time buyers. She was compassionate and friendly and even checked on my husband after his surgery and before a big storm. I recommend her to anyone thinking about buying a home, even if you think that it might be out of your reach. She has the ability to make things happen.

Where do I begin?! Gina is without a doubt the most amazing and wonderful realtor that I’ve ever dealt with. She is very knowledgeable and down to earth. She approaches any listing or sale on a personal level where the buyer or seller can understand clearly. She helped me sell my condo in JAX and went above and beyond to find me and my mother a house in Florida. While that didn’t seem to work out, she did find me a house in Georgia and put me intouch with a local realtor. I cannot thank her enough for what she’s done for me. She’s an amazing person and I hope one day, several years from now, use her as my realtor when I decide to move back down to Florida.
