Best realtor ever!

I've been investing in real estate since 1989 and got down to using discount brokers to save on the volume of deal we do. Gina had called on our lender owned sign and worked her way into our business. She took the listing and took over the project as my G.C. went AWOL. She took money out her pocket for final repairs. She did the final landscaping herself. She worked with the new contractor to finish the job. She staged the property and we had it under contract in a week. Very smooth in the contract area and closing. Would highly recommend her to anyone!
