Before I start, let me just say this is an honest and straight-forward review of Gina Knight. Gina was the third realtor I had called to possibly sell my home. The first two were from the same company and varied by $10,000 between each other on what I should list my home for. ($258,000-268,000). Gina was called the next day. She provided me a complete insight of homes in Cumberland County for sale that would be representative of my home. Because of this information, Gina Recommended I list my home for $325,000. She believed we would be able to sell in less than 45 days.. The price difference between Gina and the other realtors was close to $60,000, quite a remarkable difference. Long story short, third potential buyer purchased fo 307,000, 41,000 more than what the other realtor wanted me to list it for. Gina was on top of it from the start and her marketing skills are second to none. Gina Knight, without question is the best realtor in Middle Tennessee.

We came from Ft Lauderdale FL to Crossville TN to look for a new home. Prior to our trip Gina stayed in touch with us by sending us listings of what she thought we may be interested in. When we finally arrived in Crossville, this lady went way above and beyond what I had expected by showing us 18 houses in 5 counties in 3 days. With Hurricane Irma looming at home, our trip was cut short because we had to return home early to prepare for the hurricane.
