Knows what she is doing and is very professional. All of my concerns were alleviated with Gina running point for me. She got me more than I was expecting when I sold my condo unit and even as concerns kept popping up she kept things on track and closed the deal on time. When trying to find a home after selling my unit, she was honest and open regarding what she thought of the properties we looked at and was not out to simply get me into a home and make a commission. She took the time to look at houses with me and my family and didn't let us make a mistake by bidding on properties that were over priced or clearly part of this crazy south Florida market where half of the realtors are all "highest and best" and then create a bidding war. Gina was such a pleasure to work with, my fiancé and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, caring and as a bonus, super nice and fun, which made a possibly daunting experience an enjoyable one! She basically handled everything except the decision! For every showing, she was ready with the listing’s data ahead of time, she pointed out potential risks and communicated with the listing agent on important questions. She worked extremely fast, but especially during the negotiations and drafting of the contract, which can sometimes mean the difference between you or someone else getting the home. Once under contract, she again, handled everything hastily, including an issue that arose which required some repairs (She immediately found reputable companies to provide quotes, tweaked the contract as necessary, and took care of the post work inspection.) Just amazing! Would highly recommend Gina!!!
Where do we begin? My husband and I are first home buyers and are so grateful to have had Gina as our realtor! The main word that will describe her is HONEST. We were very lucky to find her since we started looking for homes while we were out of state. We picked out homes from sites that she sent us and when we made plans to visit Florida to look and buy a home she had things all set up. When none of the first day homes made the cut for us, she had more houses for us to look at that same night and appointments for the next day!
