Gina Gilliam is the best in the Triangle by far!! She took the time to really get to know us and understand exactly what our family needed in a home! She found us the perfect home in downtown Cary for an amazing price! Gina has such amazing knowledge and understanding of the area and her years of experience are so evident in the way she does business. She handled every "bump in the road" with ease! She also referred us to an amazing lender who far exceeded our expectations! We are so thankful that we had Gina to walk with us through the buying process and can't wait to work with her again in the future!

What can I say about Gina and Pam?! These ladies have so much knowledge. They helped me get some of the most amazing options in my new build. We had an offer for washer and dryer option but we had one, and Pam with her knowledgeable self asked "what about a hybrid". I can NOT say enough about how this made such a difference of moving into a brand new home WITH blinds. When I think about how this saved us so much money and TIME. I can't say "thank you" enough to the ladies. The suggestions that they made, the knowledge they imparted, the patience and the wisdom of how to navigate this home buying process for a first time (old lady) home buyer, it was the perfect fit for me (us). Just the way they talk it is so calming and reassuring. I would suggest anyone who needs a realtor that will look out for your best interest, please stop by and talk with these ladies. They have traveled a bit with us trying to find the perfect home but we landed at a new build and it was truly worth it. I have met a lot of the family and love them all.
