⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough. Buying our first home was such a huge milestone for our family, and we truly could not have imagined going through this process with anyone other than Gina. We already knew how wonderful she was as a friend, but getting to see her in her element as our Realtor gave us an entirely new appreciation for just how incredible she is at what she does. She was our advocate, our voice of reason, our problem solver, and at times probably our therapist. 😂 She answered every question (and there were MANY), talked us through every decision, caught the little things we never would have known to look for, and made sure we always felt informed and protected. We never once felt like we were just another transaction to her. She genuinely cared about finding the right HOME for our family. What impressed us most was how hard she worked behind the scenes. She was proactive, incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and always seemed to be three steps ahead. When things got stressful, she stayed calm. When we needed something handled, she handled it. And when it came time to advocate for us, she absolutely went to bat for our family. There’s something incredibly special about having a friend help you buy your first home—the place where your kids will grow up, where holidays will be celebrated, where friends and family will gather, and where so many of our family’s memories will be made. We’ll always get to look back and know that she was part of making that happen. If you’re looking for a Realtor, stop looking. Seriously. You want someone who knows the market, communicates exceptionally well, fights for her clients, pays attention to every detail, and genuinely cares about the people she serves. That’s Gina. Gina helped provide a seamless transition from our home in Virginia to here in Georgia. She was great about providing information via e-mail for houses that meet our specifications. When the time came for us to view potential properties she met us for the entire day and had cleared us to view 7-8 houses all on our time availability. She was great about helping us see both the potential of the property as it fit our wish list. She also willingly met us an additional day to review a few of the properties. When we settled on one she was their through the entire process from financing, inspection and walk through. She also provided us with the name of a excellent painter. She is the best. I highly recommend her.
