Gina is the hardest working agent you will find. Her expertise in home remodeling makes her a well rounded agent. She assisted us with both selling and buying a home. On the selling side, she made sure we got our home decluttered and staged at its best for when we were ready to put it on the market. And then went above and beyond for the open house, both before and the day of, and it paid off. We had multiple offers that weekend and had a cash offer that was above our asking price. As far as the buying side, she was overly patient with us. We must've looked at over 50 homes within a 6 month time frame and not once did she ever get frustrated with our pickiness in finding our "forever" home. She taught us what we were truly looking for by giving us a wide range of options which allowed us to narrow down our massive list. When we found a home we 'thought' would work, she would give us advice on how we could remodel it to make it our own.
