About Gina

Gina DiMaio has been a successful Realtor for nearly 30 years and specializes in residential properties, new construction, land, townhomes and estates in Warren, Hunterdon, Sussex and Morris counties. She has won multiple awards for production over the years. Gina finds it an exciting challenge to match clients with the home of their dreams, and loves the variety associated with the hunt. Sellers appreciate her extensive experience and negotiating skills. Gina’s husband John DiMaio is a New Jersey State Assemblyman and has been licensed since the mid-1980s. Gina and John often work together as a team. A resident of Hackettstown and a Belvidere native, Gina is very familiar with the area to the benefit of her clients. Gina is an award-winning field hockey coach and has been named Coach of The Year by multiple media organizations. Being community-minded she also volunteers for numerous organizations throughout the year. She is a graduate of Keystone College, attended East Stroudsburg University, an honorary alumnus of Centenary College and a member of the women’s Republican clubs in Warren, Hunterdon and Somerset counties. Gina spends her free time with her husband and their two children and grandchildren.

good to know

Your website has not been updated to the price the house sold. It never said in contract outside. Zillow is the only site that gives $700000. Gina suggested on where to get rid of the grandfather clock and found a home for it. She was at the house for the water test when we could not make it. John was there for the smoke detector test. We noticed the other realtors could not figure out how to close the back doors. They had to close and lift up. John knew he installed . Also no left their cards- good to know who was in the house. We were at the house weekly.
