I was looking to buy a property around in Malibu and I found Gina, she is an amazing person. From the moment I contacted her she was always in touch with me, day and night she emailed me properties to look and she was always ready to go check them out. Once I found the property I like, she made sure everything is in order with that property. She went to every corner ("literally every corner") and made sure there are no damages, weird looking paint spots or areas with bad smell, I cant emphasize this enough she is seriously amazing at what she does. In addition to all that, her job doesn't end after the sale, you can always contact her and ask her for advice or generally anything and you can expect the exact same response time and priority she gave you before the sale. she'll always make sure you are her priority and won't stop until you are happy! She is very patient, kind and detail oriented. Super punctual, if she say she'll get something done by a certain time, she will get it done. You don't have to look for any other agents, she is the one!! I highly recommend her to everyone.

Gina was phenomenal in helping us purchase our first home in Santa Monica. We recently moved here from New York and Gina did a wonderful job in educating us about the area. She was very patient and helpful in showing us a variety of different locations and property types. We started with mostly a blank slate and she worked with us to narrow down our preferred style and location. She was extremely exhaustive in her search and sent us recommendations nearly daily. She was very responsive in scheduling appointments around our schedule and always met us at our appoints. She spend the time after each showing to understand our likes / dislikes and then tailored her recommendations accordingly. When we made the decision to put in an offer, she helped us negotiate price and guided us through the escrow process as efficiently as possible. Definitely highly recommend her services!
