I have known her since 2013. Down right good person! She treats us as friends first and clients second. My first choice always! I had an issue with a contractor who would not communicate with me on this transaction. After 4 months of no response from this person, she was able to contact them and get done in days what I could not get done in months. She also was great negotiating price and other issues that came up for us.
