We listed our property with Gina and within 2 days we had a signed contract. We could not have had better service from listing to closing. She demonstrated a sound knowledge of property values in the area with an accurate comparison analysis for our property. She was very helpful in getting a setback issue on the property resolved. Since we were not local, she facilitated contact with the county and kept us well advised through the resolution process which allowed us and the buyer to move to closing. We would highly recommend Gina for any real estate needs.
