Community has always been at the heart of Gina Ammon’s career as a REALTOR®. Since 2005, she’s balanced family life, volunteer work, and the demands of a high-producing agent who still holds her ethics above her commission checks. Whether finding dream homes, guiding sellers through upsizing and downsizing alike, or helping clients navigate emotionally challenging trusts with sensitivity, Gina has the experience and creativity to consistently get winning results.
Gina was born and raised in Naperville, Illinois but moved to California in 1986 to attend Pepperdine University from which she graduated in 1989 with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Around the same time, she also graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising which helped propel her into a successful career in the garment industry. In 2003, she married her loving husband and moved to the all-American city of Monrovia where she continues to reside today.
In the early days of her real estate career, Gina’s bubbly positivity built solid foundations with other parents while keeping her immersed in her children’s lives and, by extension, her community. It inspired her philosophy that each new client is the beginning of a lifelong friendship. Today, her children are grown with one a rising Senior at La Salle College Prep and the other a rising Junior at UCLA. Yet, Gina is as active in her community as ever before, considering real estate a part of that greater picture.
