If you are reading this review, look no further! I highly recommend Gina Alexander! Ironically I met Gina at a closing table, but she was not my agent. She represented the seller of the home my mom was purchasing. Her presence, demeanor, professionalism, and pleasant disposition were so impressive. I knew then that if I ever needed an agent, she would be the one I called…and I did. Three years later, I reached out to her when I needed to sell my home. She met with me, evaluated my property, offered great advice regarding what I needed to do to prepare it for sale, and patiently answered all of my questions. Although we initiated the process, for personal reasons I could not continue with selling my home at that time. Gina was very gracious and understanding of my circumstances. One year later, I called her and she was more than willing to pick up right where we left off. In less than a week on the market, my home was under contract and less than 30 days later, we closed. That sounds simple, but within that short period of time many uncommon and unconventional (and that is putting it mildly) things happened. I've never been one to write reviews but this is worth the time. I owned a condo that I had been renting out for the last 4 years and I decided it was time to sell. I knew nothing about selling a property.
