We were moving from 400 miles away and did not have a lot of time between selling our home and buying a new one. Gillianne made house hunting a breeze throughout the entire process. I searched for the homes on Zillow, sent the ones I found interesting to Jill and she would schedule the tours. I wasn't in town so she was nice enough to Face Time with me throughout each home she looked at. Such an expert and so skilled at her trade, Jill would comment on things I wouldn't even know to think to even ask about on virtual tours. She would make comments on the drive through the neighborhood, tell me if there were tons of cars parked on the street (an absolute deterrent for me), or if the noise from cross streets or barking dogs were noticeable.
