Gillian is a wonderful agent. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, prices, availability, and procedures. She has great communication skills, and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend Gillian to anyone interested in purchasing a home!

Gillian takes her job seriously. She pored over every detail of my transaction and ensured that the condo I was buying was being sold fairly and correctly. The bottom line is I got what I paid for and didn't come down with buyer's remorse, thanks to Gillian's diligence.

Gillian helped my wife an I purchase out first home. In the current market, homes in our area were receiving multiple offer hours after listing. Gillian was super responsive to requests to view listings. If a house came on the market at 9am, Gillian had us scheduled for to see the home within a few hours. We found the perfect home and Gillian was really great through out the entire process. We had some issues with the buys (weird contingencies, inspection issues) and Gillian was great about making sure our interests were protected and fighting for us. If you need an agent who get be ready at a moments notice to see a home, in a highly competitive area like Palm Beach County Gillian will be a great choice. Gillian was ready to go look every weekend for new homes and really gave us her full attention which was very helpful. She is also very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you Gillian for helping us buy our home!
