Went above and beyond

The first time we meet with Gilli it was obvious she was knowledgeable about the market and knew all the resources to help us with an unusual situation. The sale of the property was not a planned one, and there were many "extra"l things that needed to be done, both before and after the sale.....having it cleaned, emptying the property after the sale, etc. Communication was great, which was especially important because we were not in Florida during the whole process. She definitely went above and beyond.
