Could not have asked for anything more from a realtor while selling my townhouse. Although the inside of the townhouse was beautiful it was a big challenge to sell. The townhouse sits on a main road, there is very limited parking and the HOA fee is very high for a place with no amenities. Gilit’s guidance on staging the interior, her dedication to getting showings, multiple open houses and coordinating for incredible pictures and virtual tour of the place got the job done with very little stress on me.
