This was the second time Gilda helped me: First was 14 years ago, when I bought this house, and the second now, when I was selling it. She did a thorough market search, repeatedly (as the time went by from first email). She helped me to contact not only the title company but also the HOA.She advised me about a minor repair, finding the right handyman within hours. She returned several times to check on the property, make sure that everything is well, and no hidden problems left. ( I was far away, could not check it myself). The market was very favorable, she recommended the starting price to be a realistic price based on market (did not go far up, as some other properties did in the same neighborhood.). I got plenty of good offers well above the asking price. The sale was done very professionally and with high ethical standards. I would highly recommend her to other buyers and sellers.
