Gilbert is not only very knowledgeable and prompt, he’s, simply, a good guy. He gave us a call back while he was vacationing abroad, answered a hundred questions. He never made us feel silly when we asked, perhaps, some silly questions. As it turned out, most of the questions had been redundant because he took care of everything, we just signed a bunch of papers. Cool!
