Gilbert was great! Very friendly and professional. Communicated every step of of the way, answering all questions. He definitely knows the business. Would hire her again, and certainly would recommend him. You can't go wrong with Gilbert, whether selling and/or buying as he sold and bought with us, so he knows both sides.

I gave Gilbert a brief run down of how I had tried selling my property with local agents and it had not gone well. He told me he was relatively new in real estate and even though it was a commercial property he would get help to list the property and Edwin Huber was his mentor and very knowledgeable in commercial real estate. They both came out to the property and we agreed on what to list it for. Not long after property was listed , I had an offer and accepted the offer.
