Cannot thank Gil enough for his knowledge of the home selling process and educating us on it. From listing the house at the right price to holding our hands through the whole process (offers, inspections, questions, etc.), we felt that we had a true partner in this endeavor. The package that he put together for the house (pictures, video, listing, etc.) made us want to buy the house from ourselves! The sale process for us was smooth and methodical. We knew what was going to happen next and our expectations regarding the listing, open house, and bid process were met. Gil was very helpful and organized in bid evaluation/selection. Not rated a 5, because we would have liked a little more help with the resources we needed to get some of the repairs and chores done and showcase the house prior to sale.
