This is the second home that Gil and his company have sold for me over the last 4 years. I can truly say that as an owner who is selling property it's emotional and Gil and his company truly listened to me in all of my needs as a client. One of the home was very emotional because it tied in to the passing of my father. The caring nature of Gil and his group were unmatched. Gil also had many resources for me for different services I needed and all of his recommendations were very professional. both homes were sold at above asking price which was a good surprise.
