When I was in the market for purchasing a home, Gil was recommended to me by my family members who had stated they had a phenomenal experience in purchasing a home through Gil about 4 years ago. When we called Gil to inquire about his services, we asked if we would have the same great experience as his reputation implied. Gil paused and to my surprise, he responded, “No.... you will receive an even BETTER experience because I am an even better agent than I was then!” As a first time home buyer, I knew little about the process aside from the research I had done on my own and the many varying stories from others and their unique experiences. The first thing Gil suggested I do was meet with a loan originator to get pre-approved so he could have an understanding of which homes in the market we could start hunting. In the meanwhile, he asked for the home criteria I was looking for and in what areas so he could begin building a virtual portfolio of homes I would possibly be interested in. Throughout the house hunt, Gil made himself available for nearly EVERY single open house we went to and even made various appointments for us to have private viewings.
