My wife and I decided to shop for a condo in Henderson. I reached out to Gil (totally random) from a google search. Along the process, I realized I found the perfect agent and team. Gil and his assistant (Edith) have been 2nd to none, top of their game. Edith is a Rock Star! She's been communicating with me constantly throughout the entire process. After the escrow closed, Edith continued working with me and helping me out. Finding various contractor to work on fixes to my condo. She could've made life more simple for herself by just contracting one handyman to do all the fixes, but she went above and beyond, and found number of contractors'/ Handyman to do various jobs, making sure she got the best person to do the job. She was totally transparent with me, on everything. I really appreciated Gil and Edith. I know Gil's been in the loop and in the picture. But Edith has been my hero. I'm a first time buyer and she made the buying/working with contractors a breeze. I absolutely have no reason to write a positive review about Gil and his agency, other than the Superstar performance he and his team provided. Trust me, if you're a first time home buyer or even if you're not. But you're seeking an agency you can count on to be on your side from day 1 to closing and beyond. Give Gil a call.
