We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Gigi Sevilla. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Gigi, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on (she even sat with us for hours reviewing contracts and closing statements with us!), and she really helped stood by us when we needed it most. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one", Gigi walked us through every step of the closing process making sure that all parties involved understood our needs ─ her communication is one of her many strengths, and because of this, we were able to negotiate more credits for the closing costs. It was an unconventional approach, but it worked and we thank Gigi for that every day! Anytime we friends and family looking for homes and thinking about selling or buying, we will recommend Gigi to them!
