Gigi Duncan

Gigi Duncan is a Tiger! She represented us on a recent home purchase and it went so amazingly well that I would never dream of using anyone else if faced with that situation again. I would recommend Gigi to my my closest relatives, friends, and anyone in between without hesitation. Gigi is extremely professional, responsive, accesible, wise, and knows the buying process so fluently that your never left wondering what to do next, she knows, and she will make sure you clearly understand every step of the process. She never once made us feel pressured, never told us what to do or think, she encouraged due diligence, she encouraged research, she made sure we understood our right to walk away if we weren’t 100% comfortable. She never once gave us the feeling that she wasn’t looking out for us and interested in our ultimate happiness, as cheesy as that sounds, when you are considering the most personal, and likely most expensive transaction of your lifetime there’s a lot of emotions at play and you have to be able to trust your agent. My wife and I are very grateful that we met Gigi, she really did a fantastic job for us and she would for anyone because she’s like that.

This was our first house, and Gigi was amazing for us. She answered all of our quotations, she was always avaliable day, night or weekends. Anytime we had an interest in a house she would set up a walk through within 24 hours. Again she worked with urgency and helped us tremendously throughout the entire process.

I can only say good things about my experience with Gigi. This was Me and my Wife's first time buying a house and when we first started we had no idea what was in store. Gigi listened to my wife and I and helped us so much. Here is the breakdown! HOUSE TOURS: Gigi was very attentive and was able to bring up thoughts and ideas about the the houses we were looking. Pointing out things and highlighting aspects of the property, house, and location we didn't think about at first. Every time we saw a new house we grew more confident in what were looking for. PAPERWORK: When we found a house that fit us, we felt fully confident in leaning on Gigi to know what the next step was. Every single time we had a question, Gigi was there. Beyond just making sure we signed the paperwork, Gigi always gave us a heads up when it came to paperwork that should have arrived or some was about to, so that it never felt like an overwhelming process. My wife and I felt fully supported and that she had our best interests in mind the entire time. CLOSING: This is extremely important!!! Gigi is a rock star! She fought for us and the entire time and made sure our voices were heard in the entire transaction. She was always listening to us and giving us realistic information on what to expect. She is extremely tactful, thoughtful, and stands firm. GIGI IS IN YOUR CORNER!! seriously We always felt like she had our backs and could rely on her. TLDR: You will have a great experience with Gigi, She listens to your needs, knows what to look for, and fights for your like a champion! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING GIGI, YOU ARE THE BEST!

GiGi was absolutely amazing!! We loved working with her! She was very helpful and answered all our questions. She made us feel like she really cared about us as clients, and worked hard to get us the home that met all our requirements! Would 100% recommend her! She was very sweet and very personable.
