From there we knew if we have to contract a realtor in the future Gifty will surely be that realtor not that we had financial record issues but why waste time with others who couldn't deliver. True to our belief working with Gifty was effortless and joyous. The very first day we met her she did explain to us the entire stages of acquiring a house and she was very much on time to every house showing and the ones she was caught up in traffic she did call to update us on her new estimated time of arrival. She always carried a very pleasant smile and kept us up to date on every available new listings that met our criteria. Scouting the Northern Virginia market was very challenging with regards to little availability of housing inventory and extremely high demands, but she made the whole process very enjoyable. When eventually we located our eventual home she was very smart and aggressive to fend off a lot off competition. she kept us well informed throughout the whole process when it came to closing cost etc. she was able to negotiate initial cost lower.
