Our experience with Gibbs (and Greg) was nothing shy of fantastic. We were unfamiliar with the area having just moved from out of state. We were originally going to rent and build, however their were a few houses for sale I found online that we wanted to see. This is the third time I've had the pleasure of working with Gibbs Baum and Greg Zimmerman. All three transactions involved knowledge of an IRS exchange program and working with two out of state leagle professionals. All transactions were completed in a timely and efficient manner. I don't know if this is outside of the norm but my last sale/purchase began on January 30th, (sale of an out of state 1031e), on February 8th closed on the purchase of the exchange property, on February 12th property was rented. Closed 90 days after listing with him, there can be no higher recommendation. Our place was unique for the neighborhood but Gibbs found potential buyers we hadn't seen in the previous 9 months. And closed it. Also, he wasn't above doing the smaller things that made the process infinitely easier...like meeting inspectors as we were not onsite, handling the furniture issues, just shepherding everything to closing for us.
