PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENCE

We chose Gianni Nieto to be our realtor for our mother's house located in Lake Summerset, due to his professionalism and willingness to help in ALL areas of the sale of mom's house. While our drive was a hour to Lake Summerset, Gianni's was two hours! Not only did he show up when we were cleaning and packing up the house, he pitched in to help! We didn't want to have an "open house," but he talked us into having one. I believe the house went on the market on Friday, and the "open house" was the following Saturday. The house was sold on Saturday!!!

Gianni Nieto sold my mom's house located in Lake Summerset

Giannie sold my mom's house located in Lake Summerset. We really didn't want to do an open house, because there are additional hurdles to get over as it is a "gated" community, and we didn't think he would get a lot of traffic. WE WERE WRONG! Due to Giannie's dedication, from start to finish, an offer came in that very day, and the house was sold! You won't find a more dedicated professional realtor anywhere! When the time comes to sell our houses, we will be calling Giannie! Thank you for your kindness and dedication!
